Extravagant Fisher Island penthouse asks $15M

A lower penthouse at Fisher Island’s Plazzo Del Mare is asking $14.9 million, which places it among the ten most expensive residences for sale on the exclusive Miami Beach island.

Designed by Pepe Calderin, the 7,025-square-foot residence overlooks Government Cut, South Beach, and the ocean. As the priciest unit in the building, it has six bedrooms, six bathrooms and is being offered fully furnished. Additional features include colorful bathrooms with vibrant tiling; and a gourmet kitchen with Miele appliances and Calacatta marble countertops.

The unit also includes a private three-car garage, a theater room, and a large poolside cabana. It was asking as much as $22 million when it initially hit the market in 2015.
