The Ritz-Carlton Residences in Sunny Isles Beach, an upcoming luxury development with a dreamy penthouse collection, unveiled a couple of fly-through videos of two standout residences.
The video above is of a three-bedroom unit facing north with four a half bathrooms and open living spaces. There’s also a den, service quarters with its own entrance, and top-of-the-line appliances.
The second video features a four-bedroom residence with five and a half bathrooms, a family room, and a service quarters. The remarkable views from this unit are to the south, showcasing South Beach, Biscayne Bay, and the ocean.
The building is designed by Arquitectonica, with interiors by Florentine architect Michele Bönan. Amenities include a club level on the 33rd floor, beach restaurant, pool deck, kids club, spa, fitness center, and wellness center. Units start at $2.5 million.
The 212-unit condo is expected to be completed in 2019.
