Miami’s magnificent ‘Sky House’ sells for $3.2M

A unique Miami Beach penthouse known as ‘Sky House’ closed for $3.22 million in the South of Fifth neighborhood.

Located atop a new boutique condo at 350 Meridian Avenue, the 3,000-square-foot residence with 1,600 square feet of outdoor space was most recently asking $3.75 million. It has three bedrooms, four bathrooms, and an atrium on the roof with a summer kitchen and private pool.

Other features include a stunning open kitchen outfitted with slabs of Carrara marble, high-end appliances, and two islands. Furnishings are by Artefacto. The unit was previously asking $33,000 to rent and last sold for $3.1 million last fall. The building was completed two summers ago.
