Miami Beach stunner near Chris Bosh, Dwyane Wade seeks $27M

A mammoth new construction a few doors down from former Miami Heat stars Chris Bosh and Dwyane Wade has been completed, reentering the market with a $26.95 million ask and a sweet new drone video.

The 15,000-square-foot home is located at 6440 North Bay Road. It has seven bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, and an array of amenities that includes an office, gym, and home theater. Additionally, there is a two-bedroom guest wing with a private staircase, terrace, and living area. Interior details include custom Italian doors, open living spaces, and modern high-end appliances.

It was designed by Choeff Levy Fischman.

The property boasts 100 feet of frontage along Biscayne Bay and last sold for $6.6 million in 2013. Now that Bosh and Wade are no longer with the Heat, it’ll be curious as to whether their Bay Road homes hit the market in the coming months.
