A unique and enormous loft-style residence on the edges of downtown Miami and Edgewater has listed for $4.95 million.

The New York-style unit boasts 22-foot ceilings, white-washed exposed brick walls, and dark oak hardwood floors. Measuring over 7,100 square feet, the residence has a private master suite upstairs, four guest bedrooms downstairs, and five bathrooms.

It resides a few blocks west of Biscayne Boulevard off 17th Street within the six-story Parc Lofts building. Additional features include smart home technology, Lutron lighting, and seven televisions.

It was previously asking $17,500 to rent and last sold for $1.5 million in 2007. It’s among the priciest condos for sale in Downtown outside of units at the under-construction One Thousand Museum.
