About a month out from completion and Privé at Island Estates, one of the most unique residential developments under construction in Miami, just inked a couple of big sales totaling $12 million.

The twin-tower project rising on its own island in Aventura out on Dumfoundling Bay just sold a penthouse for $5.34 million and a residence from Prive’s Reserve Collection for $6.28 million. The property is about 70 percent sold.

The penthouse is highlighted by a 24-foot rooftop infinity pool, summer kitchen, private elevator access, and a separate service quarters. The Reserve Collection sale, which also includes a separate guest suite that sold for $425,000, boasts a 130-foot-long terrace and a whopping 21-foot island in the kitchen.

The BH3 development, which was designed by Sieger Suarez Architects with interiors by Steven G, includes 160 luxury residences within its 16-story towers. It topped off last fall and prices start at a little over $2.1 million.
