Two next-door waterfront properties on the Venetian Islands in Miami Beach have listed for a total of $23 million.

The Venetian-style estate at 921 North Venetian Drive is asking $16 million and the vacant lot next door at 911 North Venetian Drive is listed at $7 million. Both plots combined encompass over 27,000 square feet of land and 175 feet of unobstructed water frontage along Biscayne Bay.

The $16 million home was designed by Lorenzo Carmellini, who crafted the mosaic and pebble designs, the marble columns, balustrades and fountains. The 3,602-square-foot home has five bedrooms, five full bathrooms, and one half bathroom.

Other features include a great room with Carrera marble floors, custom mosaic tiling, and a soaring coffered ceiling comprised of 64 hand-painted plaster medallions with 24-carat gold leaf; a formal dining room with Venetian plaster walls; a gourmet kitchen with Travertine floors and a granite center island; and a master suite that includes a flat screen that lowers from the ceiling, a midnight wet bar, and more.

Both properties are listed with The Jills.
