Brickell just gave birth to its zillionth condo in the form of 1010 Brickell, a 389-unit development that was recently completed on the corner of 10th Street and Southeast 1st Avenue.

The 50-story luxury tower received its Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) from Miami-Dade County today and was developed by Key International and 13th Floor Investments. The project took about three years to construct and closings are expected to begin early next month.

It was designed by Sieger Suarez, and features a two-story amenity space called “The Club at 1010,” which entails a heated pool with retractable glass walls; a game room with bowling, foosball, air hockey, ping pong, and arcade games; a half basketball court; mini-tennis; soccer; volleyball; a fitness center; an indoor kid’s playground; and a spa with a hammam Turkish bath, steam rooms, hot and cold plunge pools, and treatment areas.

The rooftop terrace includes a pool featuring a constant current for an aerobic workout, a “Treetop Lounge” offering a bar and restaurant, and an outdoor movie theater.

The development topped off last September and remains 99 percent sold with just three units remaining
