Located on South Beach Road in Jupiter is this massive contemporary with dramatic waterfalls draping the facade and beaches on two sides.

The 16,800-square-foot Florida beach home, named “Villa Cielo y Mar,” was constructed this year on two acres and is nearing completion, per listing agent Hal Abraham Matheson of U Realty LLC. The asking price is $37.9 million ($2,256 per square foot), making it the most expensive home for sale in the Jupiter area.

It has eight bedrooms and nine and a half bathrooms. Additional features include a two-story floating cement staircase, a 2,500-square-foot rooftop deck with a hot tub overlooking the ocean, an infinity pool on the second level, a 100-foot dock, and 200 feet of frontage along both the intracoastal and the ocean.

The architect is Hughes Umbanhower and public records show the property last sold for $6.56 million in 2014.

Jupiter is no stranger to unique homes. In March we featured one with a stiletto-shaped bath tub asking $7 million while Celine Dion’s former waterpark/home sold for $28 million in June.
