Miami Dolphins speedster Kenny Stills, who recently inked a four-year contract potentially worth $32 million, purchased a unique property on a corner lot in Fort Lauderdale for just over $2.4 million, per the South Florida Business Journal.

The receiver’s new 4,137-square-foot home along New River boasts over 420 feet of water frontage. It also has four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, a waterfront pool, a home gym, and an expansive backyard entertaining area with a wood deck and a summer kitchen.

While the paint selection from the listing photos may be a bit questionable, Stills’ game-breaking ability on the football field is not. He tallied 42 receptions and nine receiving touchdowns last year, with his dynamic 17.3-yards-per-catch ranking third in the NFL.

The property last sold for $1.28 million in 2013.

Coming off their first playoff appearance in nearly 10 years, the Dolphins rewarded Stills with a juicy contract worth about $20 million guaranteed. They’ll kick off their 2017 season in a couple weeks at home against the Tampa Bay Bucs.
