The gorgeous 321 Ocean penthouse in Miami Beach has returned to the market with a new price tag of one dollar under $35 million.

It initially listed for $53 million in December 2015, six months after its owners purchased the five-bedroom unit for $20 million. In January, it received an extensive chop, getting reduced to $39.5 million.

The two-story residence encompasses the top two floors — starting on the ninth — of a luxury condo that was completed in 2015 and encompasses just 21 residences in the ARIA Development Group project. It measures 6,800 square feet under air and an additional 6,200 square feet of outdoor space, the latter including a private rooftop terrace overlooking the ocean with a 36-foot infinity pool, a summer kitchen, and a fireplace.

It’s the second priciest condo for sale in Miami-Dade County behind the Faena House penthouse ($55 million) and the 11th most expensive residence overall. The penthouse is now listed with Douglas Elliman’s Bill Hernandez and Bryan Sereny of the Bill and Bryan Team.
