A three-bedroom townhome in Miami Beach’s Continuum building just surfaced for $2.8 million.
The pre-foreclosure property is seeking $1,271 per square foot, which is the lowest in the luxury South of Fifth tower. It has three and a half bathrooms, double-height ceilings and partial ocean views.
The South Beach townhome last sold for $975,000 in 2009, records show. Meanwhile, a stunning residence on the 10th floor of the same development owned by a former race car driver sold for $6 million a few weeks ago.
