An exquisite residence on the 23rd floor of the The Residences at The Ritz-Carlton, Fort Lauderdale is seeking a record $11 million after hitting the market this week.

Unit 2302 offers 4,056 square feet of interior living space with another 4,000 square feet outside, which includes a massive wraparound balcony featuring an outdoor kitchen and bar, a water feature, gardens, turf, and tropical trees. It has three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, and the master suite boasts a customized spa shower, a jacuzzi tub, and a private balcony.

The residence last sold in 2007 for $5.15 million, according to public records. Anything over $9.5 million would set a record for a condo sold in Broward County. That accolade is held by a pre-construction two-level penthouse atop the rising Auberge Beach Residences & Spa Fort Lauderdale.

A residence one floor below this one with a putting green on the terrace listed in May for $4.5 million but resurfaced for $5.1 million recently. Meanwhile, Unit 2302 isn’t even the priciest condo for sale in Fort Lauderdale, with a penthouse at Las Olas River House asking just under $14 million.
