A couple of fast food moguls were involved in the sale of a waterfront home in Miami Beach.

La Sandwicherie owner Olivier Farrat sold his 6,204-square-foot home on North Bay Road to Burger King executive Eric Hirschhorn for $5.5 million, according to The Real Deal. La Sandwicherie is a popular Miami sandwich shop with locations in Brickell and South Beach while Burger King has its headquarters here.

The five-bedroom home is located very close to Sunset Harbour and is a brief walk from Lincoln Road, offering five and a half bathrooms, a large master suite with two terraces, and 100 feet of water frontage along a canal by the bay. There also is a pool, a dock, covered outdoor terraces, marble and wood floors, and a three-car garage.

The home was built in 1938 and the property previously sold for 700,000 in 2000. It was asking as much as $7.25 million back in 2015.
