Tour the new Flats at CityPlace Doral

While we led you on a tour of CityPlace Doral a few months ago, taking you through the mixed-use project’s 250,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, we wanted to take a closer look at the residential component.

The Flats is a two-tower, mid-rise luxury apartment complex located directly above the retail/restaurant space. Among the features within each apartment is a fiber optic network allowing for speedy internet, television, and phone access.

Just as is the case with most new rental buildings, they’re offering two months free rent, per their website. Studios start at $1645, one-bedroom units start at $1,905, two-bedroom units start at $2,175, and three-bedroom units start at $3,620.

CityPlace Doral’s array of restaurant and entertainment options include CinéBistro Theatre, Improv Comedy Club, Kings America, BurgerFi, Gyu-Kaku Japanese BBQ, IceBox Cafe, and The Fresh Market.
