Sabbia Beach will hold a topping off ceremony next Thursday with 85 percent of its residences under contract.
Located at 730 North Ocean Boulevard, the 19-story oceanfront condominium broke ground at 60 percent sold in May 2016 and is comprised of 68 units in all. Prices start at $900,000.
Last summer, a 6,000-square-foot penthouse sold for $5.5 million. At $934 per square foot, it marks the most expensive sale in Pompano Beach history, per a Sabbia Beach spokesperson.
Amenities include a heated pool and jacuzzi overlooking the ocean, about 30,000 square feet of private beach, steam and sauna rooms, and a 3,600-square-foot social room with poker tables and a kitchen.
The project was designed by by Arquitectonica with interiors by Steven G. Completion is expected sometime in 2018.
