A chic home in Miami Beach along Prairie Avenue with a notable owner just hit the market asking $3.95 million.

The 4,095-square-foot residence belongs to Brian Kelly, per public records, who is also known as “The Points Guy.” He’s the founder of a popular travel website of the same name with a gigantic social media following. They’ve been publishing “hands-on travel advice–how to maximize any trip–since the site debuted in June of 2010,” according to the site.

The 1924 property has five bedrooms, five bathrooms, and was designer renovated, per the listing. Sitting 10 blocks from Lincoln Road, the residence features a modern feel with layers of art deco.

Details include a master bedroom suite with a steam shower and an outdoor shower; a guest house; a unique kitchen with high-end appliances; a saltwater pool with an underwater sound system and an adjacent jacuzzi; a rooftop deck; original Spanish tiling; and a Savant security system.

Records show Kelly landed the home in 2013 for $2 million. No word yet on whether he’s willing to accept points for the transaction.
