Two of Miami’s most luxurious pre-construction developments are expected to go vertical in the coming months.

G&G Business Developments has filed a Notice of Commencement with the county for the 66-story Aston Martin Residences in downtown Miami, per The Next Miami, while Terra Group plans to “begin vertical construction soon” on the 20-story Eight Seven Park on the fringes of Surfside and North Beach, reports The Real Deal, after taking out an additional $64 million in construction financing.

Aston Martin Residences is planned for 391 units with 42,000 square feet of “Sky Amenities” spanning across four floors and beginning on the 52nd floor. Highlights include a large spa and fitness center, including individual rooms for spinning, boxing, and meditation, in addition to a golf simulator, multiple theaters, and a curated art gallery.

Eighty Seven Park calls for 70 units while featuring amenities such as a wine shop, an outdoor juice bar, a library, a spa, a private garden, and beach services,.
