A unique modern home recently constructed on Pine Tree Drive in Miami Beach with just surfaced with a $26 million price tag.

Designed by Kobi Karp, the extravagant 13,178-square-foot home is comprised of eight bedrooms and nine bathrooms.

It was inspired by Le Corbusier and its spiral staircase was modeled after the Guggenheim Museum, per Zillow, which also states its name is "The Levitating Geometry" because “it sits off the ground between two to four feet and features multiple horizontal and vertical planes for an exquisite study in minimalism.”

Additional features include a rooftop terrace with views of Indian Creek, telescoping doors, a detached guest house, a gym, a cinema, and a “lush wonderland of exterior living vignettes, koi ponds, gardens and a waterfront basketball half-court slowly reveal themselves.”

The property last sold in 2013 for $13 million.
