Sofia Vergara sells Miami Beach pad for $150K

Modern Family superstar Sofia Vergara just sold her Miami Beach studio for $150,000, per Gossip Extra, which says the Colombian actress and model was living in the unit in the mid-1990s when she first arrived in South Florida to launch her acting and modeling career.

Vergara paid $165,000 for the unit in 2007.

Unit 15 is on the second floor in The Lofts at Harding in North Beach and measures 468 square feet. It’s been on the market since March and sits two blocks away from the beach.

Vergara, who married actor Joe Manganiello back in 2015 in Palm Beach, was named the highest paid actress in television by Forbes last year (not the first time), earning a whopping $43 million in 2016. In addition to her starring role as Gloria in Modern Family, which premieres its ninth season next week, she’s a spokesperson for a ton of popular brands, including Rooms To Go, Quaker Oats, and Head & Shoulders.
