This weekend marks the seven-year anniversary for Scottie Pippen’s amazingly-still-for-sale Fort Lauderdale home, which has been popping on and off the market since 2010 when it initially listed for $16 million.
Now priced at $10.9 million, the 13,500-square-foot waterfront residence dubbed Villa Del Lago is also asking $40,000 a month to rent, per Realtor. The Hall of Famer’s pad also offers a “yacht package,” in which his 55-foot Van Dutch would be included in the sale for a total of $12.5 million.
Additional details include six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a full basketball court, 215 feet of water frontage, a fitness center, a putting green, a home theater, a waterslide, and a top-of-the-line summer kitchen.
Records show Pippen acquired the property in 2000 for $1.34 million before building the current home in 2004. Pippen starred alongside Michael Jordan for 11 seasons with the Chicago Bulls, helping His Airness rack up six NBA championships while forming one of the most dominant duos in league history.
