A midcentury modern estate in Miami Beach designed by renowned architect Alfred Browning Parker is asking $2.595 million.

Located at 5189 Alton Road and sitting adjacent to the La Gorce Country Club golf course, the 3,071-square-foot home has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and views of the course from every room. The property also includes a meditation garden with a reflecting pool.

Another Parker-designed home, his one-of-a-kind Woodsong in Coconut Grove, sold for $2.05 million in April. The La Gorce home received a $200,000 reduction in July.
