Melo Group’s Square Station topped off in downtown Miami after breaking ground less than a year ago.
The twin-tower apartment project at 47 Northeast 14th Street includes 710 units, with rental prices expected to range from $1600 per month for one-bedroom units to $2,500 per month for three-bedroom units. Just under 100 of these units will be set aside for workforce housing.
Located next to a Metromover Station, Square Station also includes a 913-space parking garage and is expected to open in January, per the website. Among its amenities are an 80-foot lap pool, a fitness center, and a social room.
It’s been a busy few years for Melo Group in South Florida. Melody Tower opened last May, bringing about 500 apartments to the Arts and Entertainment District, and Aria on the Bay, a 648-unit condo development in Edgewater with Marlins slugger Giancarlo Stanton among its buyers, is expected to open in the coming months.
