Miami’s evolving Little River neighborhood will be the home of a new mixed-use development called EDEN.
Located at 235 Northeast 79th Street and expected to open in the first quarter of 2018, the four-building project will be comprised of restaurants, retail, and offices.
The 42,000-square-foot space just north of Little Haiti was designed by architect Bloommiami and is a collaboration between developers Stambul, Miami Real Exposure and P & K Developments.
“Eden will mirror the “grass roots” development movement that is defining this unique neighborhood,” said Darin Held, partner at Bloommiami. “As a Little River based company, we’re excited to be a part of this project and bring to the community a space that reflects its people, culture and heritage, while offering a new retail and entertainment destination.”
As prices rise to the south in neighborhoods like Wynwood, the Little Haiti and Little River neighborhoods are becoming a hotbed for commercial development.
