Apartment development X Las Olas breaks ground in Fort Lauderdale

Two apartment towers will span 1,200 residential units

X Las Olas, a new mixed-use project, is going up in Fort Lauderdale. The PMG development celebrated its groundbreaking yesterday, with a ceremony attended by city and county officials and the PMG team.

The multi-phased project spans two apartment towers with 1,200 residential units, and is slated for completion in 2020. Phase One include a 34-floor residential tower with approximately 639 studios, 1 bedrooms, and 2-4 bedroom suites. X Las Olas will also include 30,000 square feet of ground floor retail space, bringing new restaurants, markets, services, and entertainment to the waterfront along Fort Lauderdale’s New River.
