Interior designer Thom Filicia’s worked on all sorts of projects, from W Hotel interiors to spaces for stars like Tina Fey and Jennifer Lopez. But Bravo fans will probably remember him from the 2000’s-era show Queer Eye for the Straight Guy.

Lately, Filicia put his own modern spin on common areas and interior finishes at the recently-completed Biscayne Beach Residences in Edgewater. It’s the first time he’s ventured into design for a condo development, according to the Washington Post.

A Biscayne Beach penthouse furnished by Filicia is currently on the market for $9,453,900. The 10,663-square-foot penthouse includes four bedrooms, five bathrooms and two half baths, a den, and a study — complete with amenities like a private rooftop pool, summer kitchen, sauna in the master bath, and a private rooftop deck.

See what Hamptons-meets-Miami style looks like in these renderings of Filicia’s penthouse design. Karen Elmir and her team, The Elmir Group with Cervera Real Estate, have the exclusive listing on the penthouses.
