WeWork’s newest location is in Coral Gables

WeWork’s newest shared office space outpost is set to open next month, according to South Florida Business Journal. The city’s mayor Raúl Valdés-Fauli will host a ribbon-cutting for the Coral Gables WeWork on February 6.

The address for the new space is 2222 Ponce De Leon Boulevard, and WeWork’s website touts amenities like a custom terrazzo bar, custom art, a terrace, high-speed internet, phone booths, and meeting rooms — along with perks like fruit water and micro-roasted coffee.

This will be the fifth WeWork location in the Miami area, joining outposts at Security Building, South of Fifth, Lincoln Road, and Brickell City Centre.
