A vacant 1.8-acre lot with 200 feet of water frontage on Indian Creek Island just sold for $27.5 million. The Real Deal notes that the hefty price tag sets a new record for waterfront land in the exclusive area nicknamed “Billionaire Bunker” for its wealthy residents.
Vladimir Krasavtsev originally paid $25.69 million back for the vacant lot in 2015. Mirce Curkoski and Albert Justo of One Sotheby’s International Realty represented Krasavtsev, and Irina Artemova of Luxe Living Realty represented the buyer.
That’s not the only vacant lot on Indian Creek Island making news recently: singer Julio Iglesia asked for $150 million for his four adjacent waterfront lots on the Miami Beach island of Indian Creek Village in December.
