Co-working office space brand WeWork opened its fifth location in the Miami area earlier this month, with a shiny new space within a six-story building at 2222 Ponce De Leon Boulevard. WeWork’s in-house design team, Lunch Money, brought in a custom wallpaper, neon signage, murals and a massive custom terrazzo bar in the main pantry.
To break it down by the numbers, WeWork Ponce de Leon is outfitted with 118 offices, 552 desks, 11 meeting rooms, six lounges, 10 nooks, two pantries, four private phone rooms, and a large outdoor terrace on the third floor.
Then there are the amenities: members can stay hydrated with cold brew coffee and kombucha on tap, two fruit water stations, and a cappuccino machine. The space is available for private events too.
