Las Olas Walk, a 456-apartment project from Zom Living, is breaking ground in Fort Lauderdale. The Real Deal reports that the RTKL-designed Las Olas Walk will be located near Southeast First Street and Southeast Second Court.
The project’s twin eight-story buildings will be near Las Olas Boulevard, Brightline’s new Fort Lauderdale station, and the proposed Wave Streetcar stop. Another transportation option? The building will boast a deck and floating dock extending above the canal, so residents can paddle board or kayak. Besides a large courtyard near the canal, Las Olas Walk will also have outdoor space in the form of a 20,000-square-foot rooftop deck offering views of downtown, the beaches, and the New River.
