Billy Joel just bought a property in Wellington that sounds like a horse rider’s paradise. The Daily Mail reports that the singer paid $3.5 million for the five-acre ranch in January — most likely for wife Alexis Roderick, who is an accomplished equestrian.
It’s a bit of a departure from Joel’s previous waterfront Florida purchases. The ranch is designed for horses that specialize in dressage. It includes a 12-stall barn with groom quarters, a tack room, manicured paddocks, and a regulation-size dressage ring with mirrors.
