Developer Valerio Morabito worked with renowned designers Michele Bonan and Max Strang on a new property in Miami Beach that was supposed to be his future home with his wife, Victoria Secret supermodel Vita Sidorkina.
But there was a change of plans: Sidorkina loves their current home so much that they decided to go ahead and sell the home in progress at 1510 W. 25th Street in Miami Beach for $26 million.
Represented by duo Mick Duchon and Eloy Carmenate at Douglas Elliman, the property is on its way to completion for summer 2018.
Dubbed “The Canal House,” the six-bedroom, six-bath, three-powder room estate includes a six-car garage, gym, elevator with rooftop access, wine cave, two media rooms, a formal dining room with seating for 12, and two guest suites. Then there’s the outdoor entertaining space, which boasts an outdoor kitchen, 90-foot pool with Biasazza tile surfaces and a whirlpool space. Check it all out in the renderings.
