Fashion designer Tommy Hilfilger’s amazingly colorful Golden Beach mansion is now on sale for $23.5 million, WWD reports — a price cut from the $27.5 million price tag the house had around this time last year. This wild beach house was originally one of the priciest homes in Golden Beach when it was listed last year.
The Hilfigers and famed interior designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard were very committed to the home’s Pop-Art theme, from Keith Haring sculptures near the infinity pool to scratch-and-sniff fruit-flavored wallpaper.
“I told Martyn, ‘If it’s not shagadelic or groovy, it’s not coming into the house,’” Dee Ocleppo Hilfiger told Architectural Digest back in 2014.
