New oceanfront Highland Beach townhomes with rooftop decks start at $6.8M

See renderings of the six units, slated for completion this spring

A “seamless beach to home” experience is the driving force behind the design of 3621 South Ocean, a new construction project located in the beachfront enclave of Highland Beach starting at $6.8 million.

Construction is already underway for the six-unit luxury townhome project, slated for a spring 2018 completion, and renderings for 3621 South Ocean show exactly how the lucky owners will experience beach living.

The four-story homes boast roof decks for entertaining, third floor master bedrooms, and an expansive great room that opens up to a covered loggia and plunge pool on the second floor. There’s 200 feet of ocean as the homes’ backyards, along with amenities like a personal elevator and private garage. The kitchens are outfitted with Miele appliances and each home includes 11-foot ceilings, full-length windows, and marble floors.

Ashley McIntosh & Chris Leavitt of The Leavitt McIntosh Team at Douglas Elliman are the exclusive agents for the six units, two of which have already sold. The partners in this venture are Grafton Street Capital, Capital Development Group International, and Halstatt Real Estate Partners.
