Waterfront villa in Harbour Beach sells for $5.33 million

A Fort Lauderdale estate with a sprawling patio just sold for $5.33 million. The waterfront villa is located in the Harbor Beach neighborhood at 38 Isla Bahia.

The home is designed by W.A. Bentz Construction, and includes amenities like an elevator, intercom, and security system. Albert Niels of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty represented the buyer. Check out that party-ready pool and patio with a barbecue area and a jacuzzi in the photos below.
