A new boutique hotel is in the works for Delray Beach’s Pineapple Grove. The South Florida Business Journal reports that Menin Development expects to break ground this summer on Ray Hotel, which is slated to open in 2019.
Ray Hotel’s initial designs included retail on the ground floor and a rooftop deck. According to the Delray Newspaper, the 143-room hotel’s style will be “tropical modernism,” which translates to exposed concrete, metal panels, and plenty of greenery.
