The grand, circa-1937 home’s been completely renovated

A gorgeous Mediterranean estate on Pine Tree Drive Circle once owned by Baseball Hall of Famer and 13-time Golden Glove award winner Iván “Pudge” Rodríguez is back on the market for $22.5 million. The Miami Beach home was purchased a few years ago for $19 million.

The nine bedroom and 11 bathroom home is situated on a 1.1 acre lot with 175 feet of direct waterfront overlooking scenic Indian Creek. Then there’s the grounds, featuring lush gardens, a koi pond and a pool. The circa-1937 estate’s been meticulously renovated, with a gym, wine cellar, library, state room, two-bedroom guest apartment, and a private dock.
