New oceanfront hotel Costa Hollywood Beach Resort is set for a spring opening at 777 North Ocean Drive in Hollywood. It’s been a long time coming — construction for the hotel began in 2013, according to The Real Deal — but now the 307-room hotel will open in early 2018 near the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk.
Costa Hollywood Beach Resort is designed with family beach vacations in mind, with studio and one-, two-, and three-bedroom suites equipped with SMEG appliances including refrigerators, microwaves, and ovens. Introductory rates will start at $219 per night. Guests can lounge on the hotel’s 25,000 square-foot rooftop pool deck with a restaurant and bar while taking in sweeping Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway views.
