Uruguayan architect Rafael Viñoly’s luxury project One River Point is on its way to becoming a reality, according to The Next Miami, which scoped out construction activity at the project’s site along the Miami River. The 60-story project, which includes two towers connected by a “floating sky bridge,” is now expected to go vertical in 2019.
Development along the once-scrappy Miami River is so hot right now, the New York Times just chronicled the many projects going up — and the bait-and-tackle stores in that area that are going by the wayside.
