Paramount Fort Lauderdale Beach is now open

Paramount Fort Lauderdale Beach is now open, the South Florida Business Journal reports, and 92 of the building’s 95 condos have been sold. It’s the first new luxury ground-up condo tower to open on Fort Lauderdale beach in about a decade.

Those unsold units includes a third-floor condo and two rooftop penthouses. Each of the two-story penthouses are listed at $9.9 million, and include amenities like a terrace with a plunge pool and summer kitchen.

Every condo unit in the building is designed to feel spacious, with amenities like dual walk-in closets and massive master bathrooms. Building amenities include poolside cabanas, a gym, club room, and two guest suites for visitors.
