Super Bowl weekend turned into a stellar sales weekend for The Bristol, Palm Beach County’s most expensive condo. Palm Beach Daily News reports that six units went under contract over the weekend — and Palm Beach philanthropist Sydell Miller ended up buying an entire floor.
The building is now almost sold out, with only seven units left for sale. Douglas Elliman Development Marketing are leading the project as exclusive marketing and sales firm.
The sleek new Bristol broke sale records in the area for its penthouses back in 2015. The building is anticipated for completion around the end of next year or the beginning of 2019, according to the Palm Beach Daily News. Its top-notch amenities includes an infinity pool and a yoga and massage center, but a big selling point might be its incredible views.
