An 11,269-square-foot home that channels the Hamptons just sold in Coral Gables for $7.9 million. It’s the highest sale in 11 years on Hammock Lake, according to a press rep.

The seven-bedroom estate at 4995 Hammock Lake Drive asked $8.495 million back in October. It was previously acquired out of foreclosure in 2015.

The home includes outdoor space with a summer kitchen adjacent to an infinity pool, jacuzzi, and an outdoor fireplace. There’s a guest home for visitors, and the property’s features include an elevator, gourmet kitchen, and a theater with a wet bar.

Dennis Carvajal of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty brokered both sides of the deal.
