Elin Nordegren, former wife to Tiger Woods, is hoping to part ways with the Seminole Landing custom estate she built from the ground up. The Swedish former model just listed the home for $49.5 million, the Wall Street Journal reports.
Nordegren’s spokesperson tells the paper that Nordegren is selling the home because she’s looking to downsize her living space. Just about anywhere else would be downsizing compared to this 25,878 square feet, 11-bedroom home.
Built in the British West Indies architectural style with interiors from designer Angela Reynolds, the estate includes a putting green, pickle ball court, theater, and underground gym that looks out into the outdoor’s swimming pool and water slide. Nordegren moved into the mansion in 2014.
