Miami’s soaring Panorama Tower in Brickell just announced a new retailer that could be a key amenity for dog owners.
The luxury rental development and tallest building in Florida tapped Dogtown as its first retail tenant. The pet hotel, spa, and daycare facility will open on Panorama’s second floor in over 3,300 square feet of space this June.
The Dogtown will be open to the public, but there will be exclusive benefits for residence of Panorama. Those perks include early drop-offs and special upgrades. Panorama residents will also be able to buy all-inclusive pass packages ranging from $250 for 10 days to $1,200 for 60 days.
While dogs will have it good at Panorama, the 85-story development will have many more amenities for humans including three private movie theaters, a yoga/pilates studio, a high-tech fitness center, personal wine lockers, and more.
Panorama will also provide reduced rent to residents who do not own cars and electric car charging stations to support the environment and promote Brickell’s walkability. Update: Move-ins for the building are scheduled for April.
