See renderings of Fisher Island’s Palazzo Della Luna, which just launched sales

It’s on the island’s last waterfront parcel

Take a look at the ultra-luxury boutique condominium Palazzo Della Luna, which just launched sales last week. The 10-story building will feature 50 three- to seven-bedroom waterfront residences, including a $40 million penthouse — the priciest listing ever recorded on the island.

The project is led by PDS Development, LLC and veteran developer Heinrich von Hanau, currently under construction by ASR Construction, LLC, and is slated for completion in summer 2019.

Located on Fisher Island’s last remaining prime waterfront parcel, this is a homecoming of sorts for lead interior design Winston Kong of NY-based Champalimaud Design, who grew up in Miami. Luxury is the key word here in the building’s design, incorporating materials like relief, gilded glass, statuary marble, terrazzo, and cerused oak. The residences will include Miele and Sub-Zero appliances and custom soaking tubs.

Palazzo Della Luna will be connected with sister property Palazzo Del Sol via a “Central Park” that includes outdoor tea gardens, a croquet lawn, bocce ball court, and serenity yoga lawn.
