A charming, tech-enabled four-bedroom home in Miami’s South Coconut Grove neighborhood just set records with its sale. The property closed for $2.35 million (or $565 per square foot), which marks the highest sales price and price-per-square-foot non-waterfront home to sell in South Coconut Grove so far this year.

Michael Light and Andrew K. Becerra, Jr., of the Miami Luxury Homes Group at Douglas Elliman Real Estate sold the home at 4131 Woodridge Road, which includes a refined outdoor space with a pool deck and covered patio. The home overlooks Merrie Christmas Park.

Amenities in the main level include French limestone flooring, a formal living room, grand family room, and chef’s kitchen equipped with Viking, Miele, and SubZero appliances. Upstairs beyond the glass enclosed staircase, there’s a spa-like bathroom with a rain shower and jacuzzi. Take a look in the photos below.
