Residences by Armani/Casa, the luxury tower designed by starchitect Cesar Pelli with interiors from fashion designer Giorgio Armani, just hit its halfway point. Curbed Miami’s been tracking this 56-story, 649-foot tall modern glass tower since the building’s concrete was poured, and last week, the Sunny Isles Beach residence hit its halfway vertical milestone.
Slated for completion in 2019, Residences by Armani/Casa is over 76 percent sold.
