Take a look inside a new model residence at Giralda Place, the 33-unit luxury development in downtown Coral Gables scheduled for delivery this year (next quarter to be exact). The mixed-use project is designed by John Fullerton of Fullerton Group Architects, with GRYCON, LLC as a general contractor and interiors by B+G Design, inc
This model residence is a multi-level townhome that spans 1,783 square feet, with features like 10-foot glass doors opening to the pool deck; porcelain and light-washed wood flooring; and couple-friendly walk-in closets. B+G Design brought in accents like brushed metallic wallpaper and retro light fixtures — and furniture pieces from B+G’s new line in the living, master, and guest rooms.
