YotelPad, the new residence from a brand known for its design-focused and millennial-friendly micro hotels, is gearing up for its Miami debut — the first YotelPad to arrive on the East Coast.
Aria Development Group just named Luis Chacon as the sales director for YotelPad Miami, located at 227 NE 2nd Street. He comes to the 215-unit residential building from River Street, a project in New Orleans where he served as sales director. He also knows international markets, having worked on projects in Panama.
Construction for YotelPad Miami is set to kick off this October. The studio, one-and two-bedroom “pads” will start in the $260,000 range. Floorplans range from 425-square-foot studios to 700-square-foot two-bedrooms, and the residential units will be located on floors 15-30 of the building, above a hotel portion of the project. Buyers won’t have to decorate: each unit will be fully furnished and include a dedicated storage unit along with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors and terraces with views of downtown Miami.
