Another day, another 1 Hotel & Homes South Beach penthouse sale. The PH-1708 unit in the building recently closed for $6,358,000, or a whopping $2,500 per square foot.

The home is custom designed by New York-based designer Samuel Amoia, featuring more of that airy, “eco-glam” style with natural materials. The unit spans 2,543 square feet of space with three bedrooms, three and a half baths, and a 392-square-foot terrace with spectacular ocean views.

A mother and daughter team, Eva Bouhadana PA & Nicole Bouhadana of Beachfront Realty Inc, represented the buyer while Tracy Galya of Douglas Elliman acted as the developer/seller’s agent.
